The project involved the office building of Via Chisola 3 B, called Lot V, built in the seventies, part of the building complex of Via Nizza 150, former RIV SKF production facility and former Unicredit Complex, formerly CRT.
The project’s philosophy called for a complete renewal of the technological systems in order to guarantee high levels of comfort and to comply with regulatory standards. At the same time it was decided to maximise the building’s historical identity, maintaining the glazed exterior and the organisation of services close to the central space. It was decided to exploit the potential of the open plan, marking off offices, meeting rooms and open space areas with movable glass partitions that made it possible to define very bright spaces. Flexibility in the system and architectural design has allowed the creation of environments that are able to adapt to potential varying needs of tenants.
