The recovery of the attic was part of a more extensive renovation project with a change of use that affected the entire building of Via Galvani 25.

One of the biggest tasks was the complete replacement of the roof, with redefinition of the dormers, renovation of the façades, the entrance and the building’s main staircase.

The top-floor apartment, obtained by adding an additional storey in the former attic, was designed with particular attention to the definition of the spaces. High quality custom-made furnishings were produced specifically for the project. All the works were carried out paying attention to the necessary regulatory upgrades, and for this purpose structural consolidation and modernisation works were planned and carried out together with the upgrading of all the building’s common systems.
