FRED carried out the Project Management activity for the redevelopment of the property located in via Belfiore 23 in Turin, which has now become one of the two Campus X in the city.
The university residence consists of approximately 250 rooms for students and 50 used as hotels, paying attention to young travelers who are looking for a welcoming place to rest even for short periods.
In addition to the rooms, the Campus X residence in via Belfiore is made up of spaces where residents can meet and create new relationships and acquaintances, such as the large common kitchen, the study rooms, the gym or the cafeteria.
