The new location of Chad’s Treasury was built in the city of N’Djamena on a lot where the ancient Court House previously stood.

The complex consists of an 11-storey tower with offices and an annexed building housing services accessible to the public.

The load-bearing structure of the main building and the secondary building, with two levels, is made of beams and reinforced concrete pillars, while the exterior is made of large panels of structural glass.

Fred developed the architectural and structural working planning, preparing the bill of quantities and technical documents necessary for the tender process, as well as performing the role of project manager in the phases of working planning and project validation.
