The construction site of a project drawn up years before the start of work required careful supervision on multiple fronts. First of all, the possible optimizations of the project were verified, including the modification of the driveway access and a clear change in philosophy of the heating system, aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the building. FRED then subsequently managed the issue of the variations triggered by the changes described above, updating the economic frameworks accordingly.
Furthermore, strict control of the timing was carried out through frequent inspections and assiduous contacts with the works company, in order not to delay the activities envisaged in the contractual timetable.
