FRED s.r.l. is the designer and construction manager of the Casa delle Generazioni in Fraz. Madonna dell’Olmo, Cuneo. REAM SGR s.p.a., motivated by a vision with a strong social value driven by the Cooperativa Il Melograno, acquired the Cascine Leonotto estate from the Municipality of Cuneo, with the intention of redeveloping the complex by converting it into a home to house and re-integrate into the community individuals with various types of fragility. FRED s.r.l. has completed the design and administrative process and handed over the works to the contractor Conica Edilizia e Progetti s.r.l., which will soon begin with the site connections and the demolition of the portions of the building that did not fit into the proposed design vision. FRED s.r.l. will personally supervise the Works Management for the entire duration of the construction site (which is expected to last approximately 15 months), proud to be able to contribute fully to this important initiative that smells of altruism, community, support and service.
